TOWN OF CASWELL BEACH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Caswell Beach will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 5:00pm, at Caswell Beach Town Hall, 1100 Caswell Beach Road, Caswell Beach, NC, to consider the adoption of a zoning text amendment to Chapter 153 (Zoning) of the Town of Caswell Beach Code of Ordinances.
The proposed ordinance would add a new section regarding Small Wireless Facilities in Town Rights-of-Way. The full text of the proposed ordinance is available for public inspection during normal business hours at Caswell Beach Town Hall, 1100 Caswell Beach Road.
