Office Manager / Administrative Support

 

The Office Manager is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and mail. The Office Manager handles daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. She also maintains office records, databases, and filing systems as well as working with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective services. The Office Manager also provides administrative support to the Town Manager and performs other related duties as assigned.
