About this Opportunity

This is a part-time (20 hours per week) seasonal position, beginning on May 27th (Memorial Day) and concluding on September 30th (Labor Day). The part-time seasonal maintenance worker performs manual work outdoors including basic grounds maintenance and improvements and assists with more involved tasks and projects. Performs basic facility, grounds, and beach maintenance and improvements and assists with more involved tasks and projects. Assists in identifying maintenance needs, planning & scheduling maintenance activities, and maintaining applicable maintenance records. Assists Public Works Operations Manager with related duties as needed. Performs other duties as required.

Salary/Pay

This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $20 per hour.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force frequently; and/or up to 5 pounds of force regularly; and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
