The Town of Caswell Beach (pop. 403 full-time and 5,000+ seasonal) in Brunswick County, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Public Works Operations Manager. The current Public Works Operations Manager is retiring after many years of service to the town. 

The Town of Caswell Beach employees are dedicated to serving the customers to the best of their abilities. The individual talents and ideas of employees are highly valued. We are looking for a high-energy, creative, and dedicated person that loves to work outside on varying jobs to serve the citizens of Caswell Beach. We want a person that can think outside the box in how work gets accomplished. If you are this person then we want you on our team. The Public Works Operations Manager oversees stormwater infrastructure as well as implementation of safety standards. This person will also manage all aspects of beach maintenance as well as buildings and grounds upkeep. The Public Works Operations Manager also manages minor capital projects, asset purchasing, inventory management, and department budgeting.
