The following regulations apply to public parking at the Oak Island Lighthouse. (§92.06)
Parking duration will be one hour.
The public parking area at the lighthouse will be open between dawn until dusk only. Parking will not be permitted at other times.
No one under the age of seven years old is allowed in the lighthouse above ground level. (§113.21(F)). Individuals must be nine years old to climb to the top of the lighthouse.
