Yes (§95.01).
The creation of any unreasonably loud, disturbing and unnecessary noise in the town is prohibited. ('75 Code, § 3-2-1)
The following acts, among others, are declared to be loud, disturbing and unnecessary noise in violation of this section :
- Blowing horns
- Radios, CD Players etc. – Forbidden times of play are between midnight and 7:30 AM on Friday and Saturday; and between 10 PM and 7:30 AM from Sunday through Thursday.
- Gongs
- Animals – It is unlawful to own, keep or have any animal which frequently howls, yelps or barks producing annoying disturbance to any person or neighborhood.
- Construction – Construction loud or harsh sounds are prohibited between sunset and 7:30 AM.
